Pricing?

Every property & situation is different, so prices can vary slightly. Please send us a quick message and we can give you a price. This will include any travel expenses.

What is your availability like?

We will book you in as soon as possible, however all shoots are subject to availability. We tend to have some availability within 2 weeks. Most shoots will aslo have to be done in the morning.

How many photos do I get?

It will depend on the size & features of your property. On average we tend to deliver arround 50 - 100 photos per property. AirBnB recommends 20 - 30 per listing, so you will get plenty of photos.

Do I need to prepare the property?

Yes! Please clean & tidy your property, add any decorations, replace all consumables, make all beds.

Please try to use plain coloured sheets, preferably white. Whilst not essential, it will get the best results.

When we arrive, please turn on all lights, including lamps, etc.

Is travel included?

Yes, we will include any travel expenses in the price we give you.

Where are you based?

We are based in Glencoe, Scotland. However we supply to the whole United Kingdom.

We are also willing to travel abroad.

What if I have multiple properties?

If you have multiple properties, we are happy to shoot them all in the same day. This will save on travel & we will get you a cheaper rate on the other properties.

If you don't want them photographed on the same day, we will still give you a discount on the second one, however travel expenses will be charged.

Do you do real-estate photography?

Yes! If you need real estate photography please get in touch. Estate agents can get good rates on real-estate photos. We also offer 360 virtual tours which is popular in the real-estate sector.

How long does a shoot take?

It depends on the size of your property, an average 2 bedroom house, with a living room, kitchen & bathroom will take around 1.5 - 2 hours to complete.

Do I need to be on site?

Nope, all we need is access to the property. You may give us a code if your property has a Master lock box. You may meet us, let us in, and then get on with your day. We can conduct the shoot solo. However you are welcome to hang around if you wish.
